1. Who We Are

Quipp AI is operated by Round Table Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”). Contact: dev@wsbroundtable.com.

2. What Quipp AI Does

Quipp AI helps you draft opening messages and follow-up replies using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). The App is a creative assistant — you decide what to send and to whom.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Quipp AI. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial communication assistance.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Quipp AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system:

Quipp Pro Weekly: $9.99 / week
Quipp Pro Monthly: $19.99 / month
Quipp Pro Annual: $79.99 / year

Pricing, billing, and cancellation are governed by your Apple ID terms. We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

5. Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Plans

Quipp AI’s Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscriptions are marketed as including “Unlimited openers” subject to this fair-use policy. The vast majority of subscribers will never reach these limits.

500 openers/month. 30 openers/hour. Bonus pack if you hit the cap.

That’s roughly 16 openers a day, every day — well above normal human use. If you reach the monthly cap, we issue a one-time bonus pack at no charge. Your full allowance refills on the 1st.

5.1 Caps

Up to 500 openers per calendar month per account
Up to 30 openers per hour per account
Reasonable per-device request volume

5.2 When You Reach a Limit

Monthly cap: If you reach 500 openers in a calendar month, Quipp AI will issue a one-time bonus pack at no extra charge. Your full allowance refills automatically on the 1st of the following month.
Hourly cap: Hourly limits reset automatically each hour.

5.3 Why These Caps Exist

Quipp AI generates content using third-party AI services that charge per request. These caps protect against automated abuse (bots, scripts, scraping) and keep AI costs sustainable so we can keep subscription prices low. For context, 500 openers per month is roughly 16 per day, every day — well above normal human use.

5.4 Higher-Volume Needs

If you have a legitimate use case requiring more than 500 openers per month, contact dev@wsbroundtable.com. We are happy to discuss.

5.5 Abuse and Circumvention

Accounts using automated tooling, sharing credentials across multiple users, or otherwise circumventing these caps may be suspended without refund. We may also temporarily throttle all requests during periods of unusually high demand to keep Quipp AI available for everyone.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any text you input (contact names, context notes, custom responses). We do not store this data after your request completes. Generated openers are not warranted to be accurate, appropriate, or successful — you are responsible for what you send.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quipp AI to:

Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person
Generate content involving minors in any sexual or romantic context
Create messages for mass-distribution, spam, or scraping
Circumvent fair-use caps or our anti-abuse measures
Violate any applicable law

8. Third-Party Services

Quipp AI uses Anthropic Claude for AI generation, Adapty for subscription management, and Apple StoreKit for payments. Your use of Quipp AI is also subject to those providers’ terms.

9. Disclaimer

Quipp AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that openers will succeed, that replies will follow, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Round Table Holdings LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Quipp AI is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or via the App Store. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
